1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the Gullak — Money Saver & Budget mobile application ("Application") or visiting its web portal (gullak.soloship.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Permitted Use & License

Soloship Studio grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and run the Application on compatible Android devices for your personal, non-commercial financial tracking purposes.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Gullak is an informational tool designed to assist users in manually recording daily transactions and budgeting goals. Gullak is not a bank, certified financial advisor, or wealth management institution.

Calculations, category distributions, and spending milestone metrics generated by the Application are based exclusively on data entered by the user. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions, tax declarations, and account balancing.

4. Offline Data Storage & User Backups

Because Gullak is an offline-first application, your ledger resides exclusively in your device's local memory. Soloship Studio does not maintain remote backup copies of your financial logs.

We strongly advise users to periodically export their database using the built-in CSV/JSON export feature to avoid data loss in the event of device damage, loss, or system resets.

5. Intellectual Property

All design systems, UI layouts, code architecture, logos, visual assets, and trademarks associated with Gullak and Soloship Studio are the intellectual property of Hamza Shahid and Soloship Studio. Unauthorized decompilation, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the binary is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute mathematical precision and stability across Android operating systems, Soloship Studio makes no guarantees that the Application will operate completely bug-free on every hardware configuration.
